Ensure the academic and social development of a cluster of scholars over the course of the school year.

Tutor scholars and help them to master grade-level skills in reading, writing, and math using the BELL After School Program curriculum.

Serve as a mentor to an assigned cluster of scholars.

Develop scholar goals and lesson plans for each scholar in the cluster.

Maintain scholar academic portfolios and submit to the Site Manager as required.

Keep track of scholars' attendance and behavior.

Select and implement a behavior management tool that is appropriate for your cluster.

Document observations and complete monthly Progress Report on all scholars.

Administer BELL reading and writing quizzes and assessments.

Assist in classroom set up and breakdown of classroom each day.

Conduct daily attendance checks

Plan and deliver daily lessons; photocopy lesson related materials.

Attend Staff Meetings and provide program evaluations.

Assist on all Field Trips with scholars.

Collect and submit data for program evaluation.

Ensure that academic and social goals are achieved for all scholars.

Maintain classroom supplies.

Recognize and reward scholars' effort and good behavior.

Perform other duties as assigned.
